Yuvraj Shinde
A second-time founder building guaranteed healthcare supply through AI-forecasted Digital Long-Term Agreements.

Yuvraj Shinde co-founded Bonn-Weiss Group to fix something he had watched fail repeatedly. His family operates a diagnostic lab and clinic in Maharashtra and a relative runs a hospital, so the economics of clinical supply were visible to him early: stock collected in person once it ran low, prices that moved without warning, and procedures delayed because an item was not on the shelf.
He specialised in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the International Institute of Hospitality Management in Pune and, before Bonn-Weiss Group, founded and ran a company serving ecommerce brands. That business taught him the half of the problem a clinic-side view does not show: forecasting demand, planning inventory, holding unit economics together, and what it takes to keep a delivery promise at volume.
Bonn-Weiss Group sits at the intersection of the two. The Digital Long-Term Agreement model takes forecasting and committed supply, standard in modern commerce, and applies it to a medical supply market that still runs largely on reactive spot-buying. As CEO he leads that model: locked pricing, 52-week delivery calendars, and per-shipment quality vetting.
