Yuvraj Shinde is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Bonn-Weiss Group, a medical-device supply company building guaranteed healthcare supply through AI-forecasted Digital Long-Term Agreements. A second-time founder who specialised in entrepreneurship at university, he built and ran a venture serving ecommerce brands before turning to healthcare supply, the industry his family has operated in for years.
Yuvraj Shinde co-founded Bonn-Weiss Group to fix something he had watched fail repeatedly. His family operates a diagnostic lab and clinic in Maharashtra and a relative runs a hospital, so the economics of clinical supply were visible to him early: stock collected in person once it ran low, prices that moved without warning, and procedures delayed because an item was not on the shelf.
He specialised in entrepreneurship at university and, before Bonn-Weiss Group, founded and ran a company serving ecommerce brands. That business taught him the half of the problem a clinic-side view does not show: forecasting demand, planning inventory, holding unit economics together, and what it actually takes to keep a delivery promise at volume.
Bonn-Weiss Group sits at the intersection of the two. The Digital Long-Term Agreement model takes forecasting and committed supply, standard practice in modern commerce, and applies it to a medical supply market that still runs largely on reactive spot-buying. As CEO he leads that model: locked pricing, 52-week delivery calendars, and per-shipment quality vetting.
